Please note whilst we are more then happy to accept returned goods for refund, replacement or due to fault, in all cases the part(s) must be returned to us before replacement or refund can be issued, this does include parts returned under warrenty. All returns must be support by your original sale/invoice number.
Can I return my goods?
Of course, but the only thing we ask is that
you are responsible for any return postage charges to ourselves. You also have the rights under the distance selling act (by this we mean you are buying over the Internet and not visiting our shop) to change your mind about the purchase. This means that if you have brought goods you now consider you do not want, as long as you advise us of this within 7 days of the invoiced date, we will be happy to refund you when the goods are return to us. Again we would draw your attention that you are liable for postage costs on retunr of the items, but other wise will recieve a full refund providing the parts are returned in their original packaging and un used. We also require you to include the original sale/invoice number.
What if my goods are faulty?
No problem, we check all items during picking, and again at the packing stage, but we understand things can happen! We ask that you notify us within 3 days of receipt of your goods, this of course excludes and warranty
with our products under normal terms and conditions.

Calculating Postage
We use three different postage methods, depending on where you are in the world, the cost of the parts you order, and how much the final package weighs depends on the service we use. We always reserve the right to choose our prefered method of delivery of your items. We do promise to use the cheapest, but more importantly the safest method of delivery.
UK
1)Royal Mail
Parcels of up to 2kg in weight, and £27.00 in value that are small and safe enough to fit in a padded envelope are sent by first class mail.
The minimum charge for postage on any item is £0.40 as we have to charge you VAT.
In most cases we record the delivery which costs an extra £0.63 on top of the cost of first class post.
You will need to sign for the package when it arrives, if you are unavailable to sign the package will be held by Royal Mail at your local sorting office for one week (this is standard Royal Mail pratice) you are responsible for collection of this.
2) ANC & City Link Courrier Service
Packages over 2KG or over £27.00, plus awkward shaped or sized packages will be sent by either ANC or City Link courriers. The charges for this are £8.50 for next working day (from when the package is sent). These prices are pre-set from 0kg up to 30kg. All items have a unique tracking number which can be tracked at www.anc.co.uk or City Link web sites
2A)BFPO, Channel Isles, all Northern Ireland, Isle of Wight, Northern top of Scotland, plus other offshore Isles
Please note because our carriers, both ANC and City Link add a hefty surcharge to the Nothern part of Scottland, and all island deliveries we do not use them. Instead we will deliver parcels via Parcel Force. Also all BFPO deliveries can only be made through Royal Mail or Parcel Force. In extreme cases the BFPO will not allow us to send large parcels, in this instance we would need to try to send multiple packages. In the event of BFPO rejecting these packages, we have no option but to cancel your order.
