New improved, and more parts included! - When brought seperatly our rebuild kit consists of many much more value then the cost of the kit, it has rubbers, fixings and parts for restoring and rebuilding your scooter. This kit fits the 150 / 175 cc versions as it has the different floor channels to the 125 kit.

We have made this kit up from years of restoring Lambrettas, using only the best quality parts currently available. All rubbers are Italian matching, most fixings are not only stainless but also made to original spec.

In the kit includes the following :-
Grey rubber kit legshield beading, side panel rubbers, handle bar grips, horncast base, horncast side rubbers, front mudguard rubbers, brake pedal rubber, air scoop rubber, rear light surround rubber, and bridge piece rubbers.

The floor kit consists of, alloy channels, rubber inserts, end caps, rear plastic floor strip set. It also includes our stainless steel kit number 2, which includes all nuts, bolts, washers, clips to secure the floor kit, including the four special top hats for the outer leg shields, also in stainless.

Stainless steel fixing kits 3 through to 8 which are as follows:- 3) Front body work which secures the horn casting and front mudguard 4) is the rear body kit which secures the rear mudguard, panel brackets, and bridge piece. 5) Is the wheel kit which gives enough nuts and washers to secure the two wheel halves together, and then the wheel rim onto the hub, for both front and rear wheels. Kit 6) secures either one single seat and its bracket, or two single saddle seats. 7) Fixes the stand to the frame, and includes two strengthening brackets to support the frame where it normally cracks under strain. The headset fixings are supplied in kit number eight, which secures the head light rim, headset top, speedo retaining ring, switch housing, and the switch itself. Two bolts are supplied for the frame leg at the rear, along with the clips an buffers. A tip when securing fixings onto painted surfaces, is to grease the painted area prior to fixing, this will stop the fixings digging into new paint.

Finally the kit includes tool box surround rubber, tool box door grommets, air box fixings both top and bottom. For the petrol tank, we supply the strap bolt and trunnions (not the straps) fuel tank rubber buffers, the fuel drip tray and fuel drip felt. Leg shield beading top and bottom clamps, with their bolts, a pair of stainless steel lever bolts, the rear frame plugs. We supply both the kick start and stand feet (with pins) in black rubber as this was the original factory colour, how ever you can buy coloured coded rubbers today should you prefer. A cable set comes complete with gaitors and alloy ties, fuel flap pin, tool box door pin, rear shock nuts and washers, engine bar nuts and washers complete the kit.
